After getting several bids for our flooring project, it was an easy decision to go with Elevate Floors! Marco and Luiza were so professional and knowledgeable, and they actually cared about our project. We had old ruined carpet and a large amount of cracked travertine tile throughout, and I have never seen such a dedicated and hardworking team! Roger was incredible, as were Bruno and the others! We would not trust our flooring project with anyone else! Prompt, professional, and terrific humans to work with!

We had a great experience with Marco and Elevate Floors. Marco was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from the beginning. He took the time to look carefully at our existing floors and explained why proper prep and leveling were important for making sure the new flooring would last.
He was also very flexible with scheduling and kept us informed throughout the process. We really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to work with us on the project. We’re very happy we chose Elevate Floors and would definitely recommend Marco and his team!

Marco and his crew have now done two flooring projects for us and are starting a new one next week. From the initial consultation and throughout each project(one being taking out old carpet and installing new hardwood to match our existing floors, the other being replacing the bedroom carpeting) Marco and Luiza were both readily available to speak with at any time and had our best interests in mind. The quality of his crews work was impeccable and every member was professional and respectful of our space. They are also very reasonably priced and go out of their way to ensure your project turns out as you wish. I highly recommend Marco and Elevate Flooring to anyone looking to, welp, “elevate” their homes flooring aesthetic! 10/10. Photos are after. Before each of these rooms had very worn, dull carpet.
