I had tried to find a company who would service my waterheater and I had almost given up until I contacted Tried And True Plumbing company. The lady who answered my call was friendly and helpful and seemed to understand how important it was to get my waterheaterrepaired today. She explained she would get a technician out today and assured me my system would be fixed. She was good to her word and a technician, Mathew V responded within three hours. He got right to work and found the heating element was the issue without delay. I highly recommend this business and will highly recommend them to anyone!Dave Cobb.

Alex showed up earlier than expected, and he explained every step of what he was doing during an evaluation of our waterheater issue. He gave multiple options for repair or replacement and was very professional. He even explained a couple things not associated with the waterheater. I highly recommend this Olathe-based business.
