They managed to get the job after the rain had let up. They came and looked at it in the morning. The trunk came by and made the parts leaving them in the yard and the first truck came back and did install.

Great quality. Very professional. They come back if something is not right and if they ever get plugged up they will come back and clean them out. I don't expect them to ever get clogged. They look very nice and carry more water than your typical gutter. So glad I did it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When replacing your gutters a lot of people want to know a price per ft. We actually price by the piece. Straight long runs are easier to install so therefore they a more reasonably priced. The short sections and corners take longer so they are slightly higher do to the skill level and time it takes to create the system.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. EPA lead safe, OSHA 10 HR saftey course, K-Guard training, etc.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Was tired of seeing water damage to fascia, soffits, and basements while in the siding industry. So I bought a dealership for K-Guard a nationally recognized company.
