Dan, Dylan and the entire crew were great, communication was there every step of the way and the costs were transparent. They made great suggestions and gave us options on costs and what parts we might be able to do ourselves. They leveled up our concrete basement and then installed LVP and it all went well. They even came back later to install the final pieces when one of our floor shipments was late! highly recommend!

Dan did everything to make sure the job was done smoothly and on time. He showed up with John, the installer, and checked in to see how things were progressing. John was polite, efficient, respectful, and cared about every detail of the job. He really showed pride in his work. We are very happy with Footprint Floors and would highly recommend them for any type of tile work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Install, sand and finish new hardwood and all existing hardwood. Stain new floors and old floors to match. Install new or refinish treads and risers on stairs. Help select and install new tile or vinyl floors. Natural stone and tile installation. Move furniture, appliances and plumbing. Remove/dispose of existing floor. Remove/return baseboards and furniture.
