I would not recommend!!! Not professional, arrived 45 minute late will no communication, argumentative and I would not trust them. My quote included refrigerator cleaning but when I opened the fridge to find it still needing to be cleaned, I was told I should have known better that "refrigerator cleaning" was implied that only the exterior would be cleaned, not interior. They wet vac the carpet but I only expected vacuum due to moving out. The 1st two hours barely had any work done, walked in to find 1 person working, 2 people standing around listening to music and another coming back from lunch. The supervisor didn't even seem to be cleaning when I walked it. All in all, cleaning completed, 2 hours late for my move-out inspection and paid $200 total for 2bed/2bath.Jun 5, 2018VerifiedOmega Cleaning Company LLC's reply
Hi Abra Thank you for the feedback. However, I am surprised at the tone of your review, considering that you were all praises for our service especially after move-out inspector cleared your move-out inspection. Yes we were 45 minutes late, and I called and texted you to let you know we were coming from another job, and one of my crew members needed to eat before they took their medication. Anyway, your thinking that we wet vac your carpet, when in actuality we didn't, is a compliment to our service. As dirty as it was, even you are surprised at how much change simply vacuuming it could bring! Deep cleaning a refrigerator, especially one in that state, requires extra charge. But we went ahead and cleaned spotless for you, and you are wondering why it took us so long! I was hoping you would identify even one spot or area in that apartment we didn't touch! To be honest with you, I never assign more than 2 people for 2 bedroom 2 bath assignment. But when we got there, boy! I realized I had to bring in 4 people! It took us more than 3 hours to get you pass your move-out inspection. My crew was not happy with me, but I told them hey let's do this because we showed up late. The job was so great you paid $200 even though we had quoted $125. At Omega Cleaning Company we don't charge the client by the hour. We take the time to do the job right. As the owner, I have told my crew to make the job work-fun anyway they can, especially when doing so would not inconvenience anyone, as is the case with a move-out cleaning. It is a tough job, if they can make it lighter by enjoying music while they do their job, I am ok with it. I don't understand what your motivation was in writing this, but I am glad you did not find any fault with the quality of our work. We strive for excellence, and I hope that you'd let us clean your new home, at a discount of course.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?At Omega Cleaning Company we seek to make the cleaning experience enjoyable and affordable while same time maintaining the top of the notch quality that sets us apart from other cleaning services. We don't do blanket pricing. In our experience some jobs would seem, from their size, to be hard, but at a closer look they wouldn't require much time, products or human effort to clean. We once had a 2 bedroom, I bath home to clean in Blue Springs. The whole team swore it would take us at most an hour and a half to clean. It lasted five hours! We treat each assignment as unique; we will price you depending on your particular need. Let us come visit with you for a free estimate. We want to know where you wanna be, and we will walk there with you. After all no one knows your home or office better than you do!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Upon initial contact, we usually prefer to visit with the client, so as to better understand and assess their need. We understand that the space a client calls home or office is very personal to them, it is a part of who they are, their personality; and no two homes or offices are the same; even if they have similarities. That is why we treat each as unique. That is why we love to visit and have a feel of the particular needs of each client. During this visit we go over the details: the areas to clean, where to pay particular attention, pricing and cleaning schedule.
