- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Includes: AutoCAD space planning, furniture selections, material selections, accessories, budgeting, ordering, visual boards, etc. FULL MAKEOVER 1 Space- $3,000 Flat Rate. (ie: Bedroom, Living Room) 2 Spaces- $4,800 Flat Rate. Discount given in flat rate, if not $85 an hour to keep track of time spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 - Email/ Phone call Step 2 - $200 consultation. Fee waived applied to invoice if contract signed. Step 3 - Sign Contract Step 4 - AutoCAD Space Planning Step 5 - Furniture Material Selections Step 6 - Ordering Tracking and following up on deliveries Step 7 - Furniture Arrival Step 8 - Accessorizing Step 9 - Professional Photographs Step 10 - Time to relax in your new space!
