KC Prime LLC is a very customer oriented company. Scheduling an appointment for their snow removal on line is very simple and acknowledgement of your appointment is confirmed. You receive reminders of your appointment and notification prior to arrival. The work crew was very diligent and polite. They did a great job. To note, their schedule is so full, there's at least a 4 day wait. I scheduled ahead for the rest of this season, so I could get first priority. I would recommend KC Prime LLC, especially to the elderly.
