Dhruv was a great personal trainer that really trailered to your every need. He made sure I had the necessary steps to achieving my goals such as using apps and a creating a simple meal plan. He made sure that I understood what I was working on and also made sure I was doing the exercise right which is what everyone should want in a trainer. With his help I lost over 20 pounds and he has given me the confidence that I never had before. Dhruv is very easy to work with and wants to see his clients succeed! He worked with my crazy work schedule and made sure I made up any workout I missed. I would 100% recommend Dhruv to anyone who is looking to lose weight or tone their bodies. He himself went through a huge transformation so he knows/understands the commitment it takes to achieve goals and he makes sure that his client reaches them. Over all Dhruv is a great personal trainer!

Dhruv is an excellent personal trainer. He is quickly able to assess the needs of a client and understands the clients strengths and limitations. He customizes his workouts based on the client's needs and abilities. He is friendly and personable, and very knowledgeable - he can talk sports and politics/current affairs with the best of them and make you forget the pain of the workout. At the same time he is also a taskmaster, in a "good cop bad cop" sense. He keeps the client motivated, but is also focused on pushing the client hard enough to coax him out of his comfort zone. Working out with Dhruv is almost a guarantee to get good results. I would highly recommend his services.

An excellent personal trainer. He listens to what your goals are and works to make a customized plan towards them. Most importantly, he keeps your safety and any limitations in mind at all times. I have always felt that he is not only attentive to what I say I can do, but to what he sees you struggling with, so that you can make progress towards your goals without injury, and without making it unpleasant. He is patient as well, explaining things as many times as you need to be comfortable. This is especially important if, like me, you are not familiar with certain equipment or exercises. Lastly, he is easy to talk to about almost anything, which makes the sessions more like working out with a friend than a chore. I would highly recommend him.

Personal Training

My name is Valerie and I have been working out with Dhruv since August of 2015. I knew that when Dhruv and I first sat down and discussed what I was looking for, that he was the trainer that I needed! I am so impressed with his willingness and dedication to me in helping me reach my life and fitness goals. When it came to exercising, I would always get so far and then give up. Something always came up and took my attention away from exercising for a few days and then I was back at square one, NO LONGER EXERCISING. Dhruv has been more dedicated to my goals than I have. He holds me accountable every day with a call and or text message wanting an update on my food and exercise plan that he has asked me to continue on the days when we are not together training. I have not reached my fitness goals yet, of course, but I can see changes in my body already. I have received so many compliments which motivates me to work even harder and do what he asks of me. Dhruv is such a positive person! When I have fallen short on my program or get down on myself - he always make me feel that I never lost a beat, that I have accomplished so much and that I need to continue to push forward and focus on my goals and what I haven't done. Dhruv is not only transforming my body but has also transformed the way I feel about myself and my health. The dedication that he has shown me in this short time towards helping me achieve my goals is more than I have invested in myself over the last 20 years. It's more than a job to Dhruv, I feel that he truly cares for the health and well-being of his clients. He is an excellent trainer!!!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First I set up an initial consultation with a client to get to know in depth about them and their health and fitness goals along with performing a fitness assessment. Through this process I also get to know: 1. How I can better help you reach your goals 2. Creating a customized program catering towards your goals and ACTUAL needs 3. Last but not least to screen you to be sure if you are a client I would like to work with

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with all kinds of ages (from youth to special population) catering towards variety of health and fitness goals.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I would definitely advise to look for a person who is passionate, wants to work with them as a team for their betterment, and someone who makes the time to listen to them (especially during the 1st initial meeting).
