- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide executive-level resume and career services tailored to leadership professionals. Pricing reflects the scope, complexity, and experience level of the role being targeted and is discussed after an initial consultation to ensure fit. Executive resume engagements typically begin at $449, with comprehensive resume and personal branding packages available. I do not offer template-based, automated, or entry-level services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each engagement begins with a one-on-one consultation to understand your background, goals, and target roles. From there, I complete a fully customized executive resume focused on leadership impact, measurable outcomes, and ATS alignment. All work is completed personally by me and includes a collaborative review and refinement process to ensure clarity, accuracy, and strategic positioning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 20 years of experience in human resources and recruiting, supported by advanced academic training and professional certifications. My credentials include CPRW, CPCC, SHRM-CP, and PHR, along with a master’s degree in HR and a doctorate in Learning and Organizational Change. I remain actively involved in professional associations to stay current with hiring practices, leadership trends, and recruiter expectations.
