Work hasn't started yet but Alan gave us so many financing options. Not only are we able to complete the roofing & gutters but also cover the $2500 insurance deductible and purchase 8 new windows & 2 entry doors with affordable payments! Other companies came in with similar pricing & warranties but no one could help with our high deductible!

Good company, good guy. Had a very compressed schedule for my project and, in spite of the unpredictable spring rains (which ate an entire week of their two week allotment), they still got my project done on time and did it quite well, working weekends and until sundown on the days when they could work. I recommend these guys. I'd hire them again. Good craftsmen who take their jobs seriously. Furthermore, the price quoted was vigorously adhered to No BS change orders.

Builder Direct's Alan is very responsive and professional. He provided me with a quote for roof replacement. Although the job was awarded to another contractor, the bid he provided me is very detailed and competitive. He sent his crew member to come out and measured my roof too. I had a great experience with Builder Direct. I had 2 others out and Builder Direct won the job hands down. The entire job went fantastic. Everything that was promised was delivered and my house looks just awesome. Neighbors are already asking for Alan's number. Tim, my project manager, was by every day and made sure everything was smooth and the contractors had what they needed. I would 100% recommend them for siding and windows. That's what I had done. I am also going to get my bathroomremodeled when I pay this down a bit. Thank you! Guys for taking the fear out of remodeling my home. I really enjoyed all of you! Keep up the good work....Sara

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all in writing, guaranteed with NO GOTCHAS. We're happy to work up pricing online as well. A brief on-site visit is recommended to confirm measurements, colors, styles, etc., We offer a 12-month price good for an entire year. We do offer seasonal discounts for folks ready to schedule their projects and any current manufacture discounts including SPECIAL financing promotions may be available. Current Promotion is $0 down 0% financing for up to 60 months! Promotions do change so just give us a call and we can update you on this.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer reaches out to us to request a quote, Myself or one of my partners will call or email to discuss the project. We'll set a quick appointment, at their convenience, to meet and do a thorough estimate of the project. We bring the showroom to our customers, so we'll have all the samples with us....windows, siding, and roofing to demonstrate. We'll take some measurements at your home and answer any and all questions that you have. We'll go over all costs, project times, and financing options we offer. Once the customer is ready to move forward, we'll assign a project manager and move the project towards order and scheduling. We've done this a long time and enjoy making it seamless and simple for the home or business owner. Notice - IF you prefer to visit us, our showroom is at 8369 Melrose Drive - Lenexa KS 66214. Please call before you drive over as often times we are out quoting jobs, but we can ALWAYS make an appointment to be available for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a family of building contractors. My Grandfather was a builder, and I have now just entered my 39th year.. I carry a Class A Licensed General Contractor License, 2024-0011867, I can build anything from a bridge over the Missouri River to a house full of windows in your home. I'm also a licensed residential builder in Kansas City, Jackson County, MO as well as full Project Design and Consulting Credentials. We're registered with the Attorney General, for our KANSAS Roof customers, (this is required) We are also fully insured up to $2M, and have Business licenses in all the areas that we work. Customers love our A+ ACCREDITED Better Business Bureau Rating with ZERO complaints. We have been in the Metro a VERY Long time. We look forward to serving you and your family.
