- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing won’t be the cheapest nor will it be the most expensive. But I promise it will be fair and you will receive top tier service 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Set an appointment, confirm the date and time a day or two prior to the scheduled time, discuss problems/goals, diagnosis overall system health, discuss recommended repairs and pricing, complete the work in a timely fashion, ensure the customer is satisfied, collect payment and ideally earn a long term customer. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?8 years of experience in both residential and commercial systems. I’ve been trained by on the best techs in KC with over 20 years experience.
