Josh did a great job of repairing my damaged water sprinkler line. It was not an easy job finding the two cut ends buried deep under the surface, but Josh worked diligently even after nightfall to get the job done. Set an appointment, confirm the date and time a day or two prior to the scheduled time, discuss problems/goals, diagnosis overall system health, discuss recommended repairs and pricing, complete the work in a timely fashion, ensure the customer is satisfied, collect payment and ideally earn a long term customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years of experience in both residential and commercial systems. I’ve been trained by on the best techs in KC with over 20 years experience.
