I would say not to take someone's word over the phone because if they don't actually care enough to come look at your job first then they probably won't care about the quality of work here at outlaw it's all about customer satisfaction and we prefer to meet with our customers first and devople a lasting relationship with them customer satisfaction is our number one priority
