From day 1 Devin was fantastic. He helped us find the tile we were looking for and educated us on the process start to finish. He and Matt did a great job keeping the job clean while onsite, and always stopped to ask questions if/when there was an option for us to consider as the homeowner. Most importantly, they were very kind and the work they did was tremendous! As you can see in the pictures (sorry, fireplace isn't completely installed yet), their work was impeccable! Even though it was a relatively quick job, we enjoyed getting to know them and will be sure to use them again when we have tile work to do. Thanks Devin and Matt!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on a job by job basis. Everything we do is custom!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a phone call to see if we are a good fit for your project. If possible I like the customer to send me a few pictures of there project. That gives me a good idea on what route we can take. I will then come out for an in home consultation so we can do the fun part Design! After we are ready to move forward I will meet you for tile and material selection at one of my vendors. Then we get you on the schedule!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Class A licensed contractor. And years and years of experience working in the field.
