SOA Architects DBA Stuart Owsley & Associates, PA

Introduction: We provide diversified architectural design services for design-bid, design-build and architect provided construction management. SOA Architects have been in practice in Southeast Kansas since 1982 with Stuart Owsley, AIA, NCARB as the principal in charge. Mr. Owsley is licensed as an architect in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Indiana while holding a certificate with the National Council Of Architectural Registration Boards and membership in the American Institute of Architects. SOA Architects has been recognized with various design awards, and our design work has been published four times nationally in the Design Cost Data magazine. An article of Mr. Owsley has been published in the DCD magazine, and he has co-authored a booklet entitled "Conquering Change Orders". The "Shrine of the Holy Spirit" in Branson, Missouri is one of the most visible examples of SOA's completed design projects. We serve SE KS, SW MO, NW AR and NE OK.
