- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are charged at fixed rates, so clients are not surprised with a large hourly bill at the end. I often will offer clients a first-time discount to get them familiar with my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide an initial complimentary review for clients, with an in-person or phone interview. We discuss their requirements and I provide a fixed price quote so all costs are known up-front. I engage the client throughout the process as questions arise, and we have a final meeting (most often in-person) to review the work. No payments are due until 30 days after the work has been satisfactorily completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and a Business and Accounting degree.
