- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every menu is so unique for every event that I do that I do not put standard pricing for my catering. Normal range is $8-$16 per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly I like to discuss what it is exactly that you are wanting. I need to know what type of venue,indoor, outdoor,also what kinds of food you are wanting,please be as specific as you can,then headcount and last but not least I need to know the budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been impassioned with cooking from a very early age,I have worked in restaurants for over 15 years before stepping out on my own and doing what I truly love.
