- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm usually at $65/hr. I will give cash discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On small jobs: Give them an hourly rate, and material cost. Bigger jobs: maybe give a general idea of cost. But it's always best to look at a bigger job. Then give a quote on the job at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every three years I have to complete 18hrs. Of continued education to keep a plumbing license.
