FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We look first at what the client needs and the budget they have and then we make a proposal from that. Our proposal includes the services we know we can provide within the client's budget, as well as additional services that they may not have considered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial consultation is both by phone and email. We like a prospective client to be able to interview us at their convenience. Pictures of the property, client expectations, budget, and a brief questionnaire allow us to best understand how or if our services can help them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Property Management: My husband and I own 11 rental properties, managing all of them ourselves, and have been in the rental industry since 2012. My husband holds a Master Mechanical license and has been in the Plumbers/Pipefitters Local 441 for over 35 years. I have been in the accounting field for 30 years and have worked for a restaurant management company for 28+ years.
