Was prompt in communicating and kept to agreed upon dates or notified of any delay. Pricing was fair. Constructed the small patio platform and steps in one evening and even agreed to come back to paint for no additional cost. Since the project was started in the evening, he was considerate enough to ask if he could stay and finish the whole thing, as long I was ok and the kids were not disturbed. Will definitely hire for more projects in the future.
