- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am all about consulting and taking the time out to get to know what the client needs are. I want to ask about their likes and dislikes by asking for examples and what or where they have been that left an impression on them. Pictures from food magazines, or caterers that have left a great feeling with them. I need to find out if there are any medical issues or allergies. It is a complete background of the client and their family.

Yes. i try to find jobs that are in other areas of the world during my time off so I can work under other Chefs.
