Throughout my career after having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, I have focused on listening to the client and going that extra step to really "wow" them. The fact that I can meet anyone's expectations while raising the bar. No one puts more love and care into their food like I do as I have been doing this all my life. I was born into a historic culture and ethnicity that has made an epicurean influence throughout the ages. I am here to carry on that baton. I have always been passionate about food and teaching people how fun it is to cook and eat healthy.
