If I could put 0 stars I would, She cancelled at the time she was supposed to meet my client. She never expressed to me that payment was required before meeting, and confirmed multiple times through the day and the day before that she will be there without asking for payment upfront. Needed her to ship the documents once she finished and she asked if that could be paid for so she can print out the label, I let her know we do not we get the shipping label until the job is completed, and that she will reimbursed for the shipping cost. She never once said the full payment was required before the job was done. 3 minutes after she was supposed to already meet my client she decides to text me saying " I think I'm going to pass without payment. sorry" and then put her phone on DND. I even let her know we can pay half upfront and the other half after job was completed, i tried calling her 3 times and she ignored my messages and calls. I WILL NEVER hire her again, this was the most unprofessional notary I've ever dealt with.

Notarizations- Flat rate fee for first signature and $5 per signature after that. Also depends on the situation/circumstance/distance etc for pricing estimates such as fees to cover fuel/tolls/distance/time etc
