I give her a five-star because she has been so helpful f me and my genealogy research about my family. She was so helpful in helping me know about my family and helped me find my relatives on my family tree and gave me advice about family history and what to look for in doing research. I enjoyed everything that she’s done for me and I’m just so grateful to have her help me through this research process. I recommend her to anyone for ancestry, and family tree research. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a starting fee, I usually charge $25 per hour and require a minimum of ten hours. Package prices are also available for larger projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My job as a genealogy or Ancestry DNA project consultant is to gather all of the information needed from new customers. The majority of the work is done over the phone or via email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my 30 years of genealogy research experience, I have four years of heraldry experience, and six years of experience with Ancestry DNA matches.
