- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have some standard price models, but each engagement is based on the time and complexity required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For an individual tax return engagement we will provide you a short tax organizer. It will have a couple of pages of questions designed to help us understand your particular tax situation. Depending on the complexity of your tax situation we might have a telephone conference call or meet in person to discuss issues in greater detail. After we complete your return we will send you copies electronically along with instructions about how to complete the efile process. We are also available to discuss your returns by telephone conference call or in person at our office. Other types of engagement would begin with a meeting or telephone conference call to outline and determine the details of services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have two CPA's, one accountant who is CPA eligible and two para-professionals. All of our accountants attend an average of forty hours of continuing education annually.
