we price by the project, not by the hour. We are always happy to come by to do an estimate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
for door repairs, we come to estimate the work, and we can usually do the repair on the spot if the estimate is approved. for door replacements, we can come to estimate, but usually need to schedule a time to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
