Brian was also very punctual in his responses, but I could only choose three. Brian offered suggestions when we were stuck and encouraged us to "lighten" up. Some of the lighter photos were my favorite, too. Brian came from out of the area of our shoot and didn't charge travel expenses, which was impressive and surprising to me. Brian has lots of experience and enjoys what he does. Our family will enjoy his talents for years to come. Thanks, Brian!

Brian helped us with an engagement photo session. We decided to have the photo shoot in the last minute two weeks before the wedding, so we needed the photos very soon. Brian was very helpful to set the schedule as it was convenient for us, also he sent us the photos much earlier than he was supposed to do.
We did the photo shoot in Santa Clara University. He was very professional that he arrived earlier to look around the campus and chose the great spots for the photos.
He also knows how to make you feel comfortable. It is not very easy to smile and be shoot for a long time as we are not professional models. He caught our mind and feelings very well, so he gave proper tips and adjustments to make us look better and more natural.
Finally, we really love our engagement photos and all our friends and family said they look wonderful, gorgeous and even artistic. We were very happy..
Thank you so much Brian! We will call you again if we have any special occasion later on.

Brian did such an awesome job at our wedding at San Francisco City Hall and our first look at San Francisco Marriott Marquis Hotel. My husband and I were so glad that we found Brian, at the time we did, to capture our special moment.

Awesome...and...Awesome ! Both working with Brian and his pictures! Brian is the nicest, most easy-going guy and everyone loved him! He came to the venue the day before the wedding and we talked about the different photo op locations and ideas my daughter had. He was open to whatever we wanted, very flexible and hard working. He had to go up and down the mansion stairs multiple times to capture both the girls getting ready upstairs and the groomsmen downstairs. He was all over the place! He fit right in with all of us, and I felt like we'd known him for years! He stayed working for as long as we needed to get all of the events recorded and never missed a beat (or shot)!
His rate for the day was very very reasonable for the amount of work he did and while processing time for all of the pics (over a 1000) will take several weeks, he was able to upload up a generous number of shots highlighting the whole day to a website for viewing and downloading within about a week! And his pictures are truly amazing! He captured so much love and happiness in everything and everyone! I'm so happy we chose Brian to shoot my daughter's wedding and can't recommend him enough to anyone looking for a wedding photographer! He just the right person for the job. Hands down.
I can't wait to see the rest of the pictures and we'll definitely use him again for any other big photography events!

Brian did an awesome job! We loved his spirit and good vibes. He had fun with us and made us feel really comfortable on our special day! He came extra early, even though we didn't expect him too, and rocked the whole time. When our wedding planners failed to organize events, Brian offered to help and rallied folks together. His photos were delivered promptly, with high quality, and his communication was never more than a few hours. We loved Brian and hope to hire him again soon!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most often I work under hourly rate which is dependent on type of gear required, amount of setup, support personnel (hair, MUA, stylists etc) and the type of image processing that is desired.
Overall, pricing is flexible, so can also offer fixed pricing for more open-ended projects if you think I might be a great fit, but are concerned about the cost of an hourly rate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Love to chat with folks and hear/learn their vision, goals, and how they think I can help. Happy to chat and entertain questions via messages, in person, or over the phone. Please feel free to contact me as you wish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal training in photography. I was lucky enough to grow up around cameras and have always enjoyed learning and working with people. I continue to learn through networking and workshops.
