- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 3 packages ranging from $30 per session to $90 as we have several services which can be added into a custom program. We uphold a NO CONTACT COMMITMENT. We only want to at Zen if you want to be. These packages are monthly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new client will schedule a meet and greet with Ashley to go over why they're looking for a personal trainer, goals, limitations, schedule time(s) for weekly session(s) and proceed to payment options. Once all is established with a beginning game plan, screen testing is scheduled with our fitness Therapist. This takes approximately 45 minutes. When testing is complete, we provide a breakdown of our Plan of Action and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ashley has been a leader in our local market for 15 years, receiving several certifications along the way including, but not limited to: CFT, PT, FMT, RNT, AHA, CPR and coming soon, HLC1. Her educational background began with Athletic Training and Exercise Science at Wichita State University Our facility is co-owned and operated by a US Navy Veteran with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management.
