  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    The State of Kansas requires 12 hours of continuing education to renew a broker's liscense. I had 28 hours of credit when my liscense renewal was processed May 2012. I have a lifelong passion for learning and the real estate business is ful of professional advancement opportunities.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We collect and deposit all rents, show and market vacant spaces, handle all tenant conversations, schedule and approve maintainence, deliver complete registry of all checks written and income received, pay all bills and follow the owners instructions for the property. We inspect the property often and keep eyes on several times per week. We treat the property as though it were our own.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    In working with local counsel, we have succeeded in forcing the municipal authorities to pay a fair remuneration for multiple properties facing eminent domain condemnation. In some cases the awards were in excess of appraisal, due to presentations at the award appraiser's hearing.
