Integrity Physical Therapy

Introduction: Integrity Physical Therapy is an outpatient, private practice, treating athletic injuries, arthritis, balance disorders, bursitis, knee and hip pain, low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, headache, neurological conditions, sciatica, stroke, total joint replacement, and many other medical conditions that impact the independent and pain-free performance of occupational and recreational skills as well as the routine performance of basic movements, such as gait, transfers, bed mobility, and common activities of daily living. Treatment can include the use of electrical modalities for pain management, treatment of muscle spasm, and to promote increased circulation. Therapeutic massage (Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, etc.) can be integrated with formal and comprehensive PT treatment or provided as an individual intervention. Aerobic conditioning, flexibility, and strength training are essential components of my holistic approach. Emphasis is placed upon manual therapy techniques used to restore normal joint motion and pain-free function. Other professional services include postural correction, personalized fitness training, motivational coaching, sports conditioning, therapeutic massage, and professional lecturer for civic group, corporate and industrial consultations. I am a gerontology specialist who can ensure optimal autonomy for the advanced elderly population (significantly delaying and at times even preventing the need for transitional, residential placement, such as assisted living centers and skilled nursing facilities). I specialized in community re-entry training to facilitate increased functional independence of the physically challenged individual to resume a meaningful and fulfilling lifestyle. Unlike many outpatient clinics and hospitals, care is provided 1:1 by the same physical therapist who takes the time to know you and your concerns, your strengths and limitations, and then works with you directly to develop an innovative and individualized plan of care that will provide you with an optimal clinical outcome to best meet your needs.
