Introduction: Known for creating memorable performances Stacey is available for singing and/or piano for all of your events, concerts, recitals, weddings, birthday parties, holiday parties, etc. As a well connected member of the Cincinnati music community Stacey also specializes in putting together small chamber ensembles for performances. Notable examples include a vocal quartet performance of Ben Fold's the Luckiest at a barn reception and partially recreating the end scene from the movie Love Actually for a wedding.
Stacey is also a fun and energetic piano and voice teacher. Stacey has taught students of all ages and with various musical styles. Her students have included professional ballet dancers with Broadway aspirations, an 8-year-old girl simply wanting to break out of her shyness, high school students preparing for College auditions, and retirees just having fun. Her students have performed in nationally known rock bands, been accepted into College music programs, they have been members of the May festival Youth Chorus, the Kentucky Governor's School for the Arts, and have traveled to Europe with competitive touring choirs. Stacey encourages a discovery and understanding based method for learning. She helps her students learn to help themselves, hear their own mistakes, and know how to self correct. Independence, confidence, and curiosity are always emphasized and nurtured.
