Thom was on time. Thom repaired two computers and set up a new one. He was very courteous and answered any questions I had. I would recommend him to others and if needed I would use his service again.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Since I retired from full-time work, I mostly recover data, troubleshoot problems, and remove malware. Removing malware can make an older machine run like it was new again.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Shop around. Ask for referrals. Cheaper is NOT ALWAYS better.
