- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are usually not the lowest bid. I stand behind my work 100%, and am not done until you are completely satisfied!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a free inspection and estimate. I will come by and do my inspection. Once the inspection is complete I will call, email, or if you are there tell you what I have seen. I will propose a labor and material price, and explain how we will perform the task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as a laborer in international laborers union. I began doing masonry restoration and joined the bricklayers union. I took advantage of all school and training they had to offer. I was fortunate enough to work with some very knowledgeable Masons.
