After a daunting high-risk pregnancy with twins (including 4 months of bed rest and a post-delivery surgery), I was looking for something that was fun and would help me get back into shape. I started taking Tate's kickboxing class in December 2013. I immediately fell in love! I was pretty weak at first (couldn't even do a sit up!), which was highly discouraging for me (I had always been pretty athletic). Tate helped me push through with lots of encouragement. I completely stepped out of my comfort zone and started Muay Thai personal training in August 2015. Since then, I've never looked back! Coach Tate is phenomenal at what he does. He crafts the perfect training sessions...a nice blend of cardio, core, strength, and drilling appropriate technique; his workouts are tough, yet I always feel a sense of accomplishment when finished. I HIGHLY recommend Coach's boot camp classes, or personal training for those who want to take their fitness and mental toughness to the next level.
