AJ was easy to work with, though we have an old house with unexpected issues, AJ came in and helped us work through everything as it arose. Like cement behind the walls that we were trying to open. All in all, the project was completed successfully, brand new fixtures and hot water in our shower - happy!

Removed leftover concrete that home builders left in driveway. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning to end. Superior communication, on time and priced right. Would highly recommend Homestead Remodeling and Anthony to anyone.

We were very pleased with Michael's installation of our kitchen tile backsplash and concrete repairs to the house's foundation. He made sure he was doing things the way we wanted and kept us informed of how he'd go about the repairs. He worked the whole time he was here and tried to save me money by using some of his own materials. He's an honest person and I could tell from our conversations that he's a dedicated family man. Will definitely use him again and for my elderly mother's home, too!

I cannot say enough about working with Mr. Pavey today. He arrived at the scheduled time only to find out the job was actually 3 times what I had described in our email exchange. He did not panic but got right to work on the very tough job of removing old kitchen tile and plaster walls. He graciously charged a more than fair and minimal charge for all the extra work. He finished in half a day what would have taken us 2 weeks to complete. He also helped us with several other odds and ends along the way and gave us much good information for moving forward with our kitchen remodel. We feel thankful that he is going to help us with the next phase also. With the help of James today we made the most progress yet on the project. It was a great day!

Jered did a great job demolishing and burying our old concrete swimming pool. His price was very reasonable and he completed the job in less than a week. He kept me informed of his schedule. He also did a professional job grading the area, planting grass seed and laying straw mats. I was impressed with the way he was able to judge the amount of fill dirt needed to complete the job. During his initial assessment, he figured that we would not need extra dirt hauled in. He was right on! Jered is a very personable young man, easy to talk with and answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to others.

We contracted with Ian Cheadle of Cheadle Construction (937.580.9098) on December 4, 2015, and we are very glad we did. The project centered around the replacement of carpeted and tiled flooring with 3/8 inch Engineered Hardwood in a glue-down installation. This was a project that we, homeowners, had started the previous May, but after completing our great room, the project lost momentum leaving our downstairs in a half-baked configuration. We were simply not looking forward to tackling the myriad of difficult cuts required for our front entry-way, parlor, and hallway, all of which are at odd angles to the walls opposite. In late November, we decided to hire a professional. We found Ian and contacted him via email and he came to our condominium ON TIME, sized up the work and had an estimate/contract prepared for us shortly thereafter. Some prices are a set amount, while others are by square-foot or linear foot. It was all clear up-front. We removed the baseboards, carpet, carpet liner, carpet tack strips, and tile ourselves, revealing a concrete sub-floor upon which the new project would be glued. We were not, however, able to chip away the mortar that was underneath the tile. Lucky for us, Ian had a tool similar to a jack hammer that was able to do that job. The particular choice of materials and the method of installation were ours, and were not products he had worked with prior. Ian listened to our own experiences and in addition did his own research, including contacting the company. So when he began work, he was able to hit the ground running. We should mention that this was "click and lock" flooring in name only; it takes some real persuasion with a hammer to get each piece to lay flat. And the glue, although a great product, is also very messy, requiring constant cleanup. The project also involved the installation of baseboards. We chose 1x4 common board, and did the sanding, priming, and painting ourselves, leaving the cuts and installation for Ian. He caulked all the gaps, leaving a finished, professional look. There were no surprises during the installation. Ian asked all the right questions, and turned our vision into reality in less than a week. Having done this work, ourselves, the previous May, I can tell you that his constantly cheerful attitude must be a superpower of some sort. So, now, the project is complete, the place looks great and we can once again welcome our cars into the garage, just in time for winter. This is a link to a photo on google drive showing some of Ian's work: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4P1TMU9HITkMWk4Y0dIVG0wSGM/view?usp=sharing We were delighted with how it all turned out. Tim did an excellent job on all sorts of repairs (deck, plumbing, gutters, railing, bathroom and kitchen work, etc) I needed in trying to sell a house. He was extremely responsive and went out of his way to complete the work in a quick timeframe I was under. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing work done.

They took on a unconventional project for me, and knocked it out of the park! Everything was completed on time, and turned out better than I could have imagined. Ronnie and Mike were very kind, and answered any questions I had, no matter how big or small. I highly recommend sticks and stones landscaping. They build a 40 foot timber retaining wall for us, and installed sod in our back yard. We are very pleased with the results.

Pope Brothers completed several jobs - the major job was a complete kitchen remodel which included moving the sink plumbing from one side of the kitchen to the opposite wall. They did an excellent job! The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and the price in comparison to other contractors was well within reason. Also completed a block patio installation; again, beautiful, expertly done and at a reasonable price. Extremely pleased overall.

Wood Fundi Paving was recommended to me by a friend in 2014. Our porch and stairs needed replacing. Cedric did an outstanding job in the design and concrete work! He's professional, courteous and the quality of his work is superb. I would definitely select him for other projects that we will need in the future.
