Introduction: With 15+ years of experience in customer service, I decided it was time to develop a new venture of being of service to others. Through the process of expanding on my passion of helping those in need, Glow N Grow was born. Our company specializes in organization, packing/unpacking, decluttering and hoard removal projects. We also offer cleaning services for private homes, offices, construction clean up and Airbnbs. A personal consultive approach is used to help each client find a solution that caters to their individual goals, needs and budget. We are everyday people helping others to accomplish extraordinary things. Here at Glow N Grow, we are excited to help you get that Glow back in your life! To Grow your house into a home. We offer discounts for our first-time clients, veterans and front line workers!! We also offer $10 an hour off of larger projects, for additional workers.

Heather was awesome , I had her organize two rooms- kids room and study room which was more of dump yard and she completely transformed it. She has great ideas and very creative thinking. After she was done and my 7 year old daughter entered her room she was delighted and now wants to keep it organized as she has a spot for all her belongings now which is a big win for me as mom. My husband now actually uses study room which was neglected part of the whole home. I loved that I did not have to care for disposing unused bed , items , chairs and she had a truck to take them all away! I would definitely use Heather again , its worth it!

Heather and her fabulous crew helped me after a move by unpacking, organizing and putting everything away in my new home. They also helped me with a family member’s house so they could come home from the hospital to a clean, safe environment. Very professional, caring and extremely hardworking. They go above and beyond!

This company did an excellent job of cleaning up and organizing the mess in my house. They were very friendly and knew just what to do to get the job done, and even accommodated for additional time to finish the project. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company offers first time client, Veterans, & Frontline worker discounts. We don’t have hidden fees. We give our estimates in writing & discuss cost before we start a project. Some projects we do require a deposit, which is discussed as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a consulting company. Which means we want to meet you where you are at. We want your vision & dreams to come full circle. We are here to help you accomplish this. We try to ask lots of questions & work with your individual needs. We offer virtual, evening, in person, & weekend appointments to work with your schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the customer service industry for over 15 years. One thing that stands out to me is that no matter what profession, treating others like family shows them respect and also that you are respectable. Building a trusting relationship is key.
