- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Theres really not a standered pricing for tree work as all the trees are different in sizes and depending on what you would like to get done with it is how we determine the price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go meet with them and see exactly what they want done and agree on everything put it in a contract and both parties sign no money changes hands until the job is complete and the customer is satified
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school education with about 15 years experience. Took several arborist classes and seminars
