Introduction: Being able to help different people repair their computers or find a computer that suits them is a tough choice. You go into a store, and you are bombarded with customer service reps who really just want to get you to buy anything and get you out of the door as fast as possible.
I try to get to know my clients first, figure out what their hobbies are, what kind of activities they will be doing on their computers, as well as try and get in tune with what their technological skills are.
The best way to match a computer to its potential owner is to find out what that person is like first.
