Candi really took the time to find out what we were looking for in our vacation and to find out what our needs were so she could help us plan the perfect vacation just for us. She makes sure she asks questions and is very thorough so she makes sure everyone of your needs are addressed. After she finds out your needs and wants she drafts an intereary and goes over it with you to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. If any changes are needed she addresses them immediately. After that, you book your vacation. Even after everything is booked and you are on your vacation, if you decide you want to add anything additional, you just contact her and she will make sure it happens! She has been a Godsend for this vacation. It is the first time I've had an amazing vacation without the stress!! Candi will always be my go to for all of my vacation needs! Type a message...

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is base on your month, dates of travel, place & time only on a flight, birthdays (age). I charge an upfront 30.00 consultant fee for research if you book with me fee go away. Airlines only need information up front to book at time search is done. Airlines in a package are own by venues. Can not guarantee available on dates. We have the best International prices for Flights on my website. "BOOKING JUST FLY IN the USA" don't contact me go to my website if it is just a flight that you want. To save you time. Can not guarantee lost of items, damage. I recommend C&F Travel Insured International. Can not guarantee a quota after 24 hours or 48 hours depending on the venue. All packages, cruises, hotels, activities, airlines, amuse park, etc. Are available to all travel agents. There is a 1st come, 1st service. There are only so many available on dates. Booking 6 months ahead on vacation gives you more choice in availability and value. Can not guarantee what you are looking for only a month before travel dates. Can guarantee that you will find what you want for Holidays that do not book 6 months in advance. Activites can be purchased in advance. Saving you time and money. There are payment plans for vacation package and cruise. Down payment at the time of booking. Can choose to pay the whole payment. The wedding can receive a group rate depending on venues. 6 months booking to gives you more choice of availability and value. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
