Introduction: I teach yoga to adults of all ages and of all physical condition. My training blends a number of yoga styles. I use props, and I am particularly well-versed in modifications (to compensate for injuries, etc.).
I studied with the amazing Tias Little, Prajna Yoga in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and I attended classes with more than a dozen outstanding teachers over the course of several years.
I specialize in working with people who ride and work with horses, and I have developed yoga sequences aimed at improving balance and rehabilitating injuries. Currently, I teach privately at the homes of my students.
