Simple plumbing, but involved maybe more time than he wanted to work. After he said he could do it next day. Then when I asked about license, workcomp, insurance and described job ... he said he was not interested anymore and said he would pass..never got to price!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take all incoming calls myself. A customer will call and give me the details of what they need. I will explain in detail the best options. I have been in business over 45 years, I carry a large inventory in my work van. I don't waste time and I do only what is going to produce top quality honest work. The customer usually understands this immediately as we communicate. I then complete the work. Happy customers has kept my business rating high and in a world with inexperienced people trying to line their pockets I enjoy giving customers honest work and they always appreciate a job well done at a fair price.
