FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates for all of our jobs, and we offer competitive pricing with financing options available. We require a 50% deposit to cover material costs and partial labor before we begin, and will invoice the customer once all work is completed with total customer satisfaction. When dealing with insurance claims, we will do the job for what your insurance pays out. Your only out-of-pocket expense will be your insurance deductible, or if you choose optional upgrades like premium materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a time for one of our exterior restoration experts to give you a free property evaluation, whether it's concerning your roof, siding, gutters, windows, or a combination of all four. We will take pictures of all work that needs to be done, educate the customer on exactly how our process works, and promptly send over a free estimate. For insurance jobs, we will inspect and document any and all damages that we find. If a claim has not already been filed, and our team finds damage that is insurable, we like to file the claim right then as the process can take several weeks to be settled and we want your home to be made secure as soon as possible. Once a claim is filed, we will personally follow up with your insurance adjuster to make sure that your claim is promptly dealt with. Any discrepancies between what your carrier will cover and what we feel they should cover, we will personally negotiate with them on your behalf to ensure that you get what you're owed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial roofing industry with hundreds of happy customers. All of our crews are fully licensed and insured experts in their respective trades.
