FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I would like to meet the customer, take a look at the project, and discuss options to give the customer the best service I can give in order to make sure the customer is satisfied. Each customer receives the same attention as the previous. I come onto the job site with the proper forms for an estimate and any tools needed to give the best estimate possible. If I know what the customer is looking for in advance, I can have literature on different materials with pricing available.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy working with my hands and love to make things with my hands that I can be proud of. I started learning about construction at the age of 9 with the family business and continued on in my adult life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of types of customers ranging from the sweetest, easy going to the impossible to deal with. Each customer received the same pleasant attitude and professionalism that I offer to any customer. I have done a variety of work such as Drywall work, kitchen remodels, bath remodels, and general construction work. I am a trim carpenter by trade but also experienced in every aspect of the construction field.
