We have extensive experience representing both creditors and debtors in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 cases, (aka Personal Bankruptcy and Corporate Bankruptcy) and adversary proceedings, which are disputes that arise within a bankruptcy case such as preference and discharge issues. Tom Bunch also assists client in Estate Planning (drafting Last Wills and Trusts, Power of Attorney) and Estate Administration (Probate cases). Tom handles probate cases across Kentucky.
Matt Bunch and his wife, Caryn Belobraidich, practice bankruptcy litigation and other civil trial cases. Matt Bunch also handles all Kentucky traffic ticket cases. Caryn is known for her skill in representing people in Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.

What could possibly be good about filing for a bankruptcy would be my first thought. Well... from the very first day of talking with Caryn on the phone and throughout the entire process, I felt like I was in very good and capable hands. Great communication, rapid response to questions, great at CLEARLY explaining everything, friendly and very honest. Everyone I came into contact with in the office was exceptionally nice and it actually felt calming.
