What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My bath remodel pricing reflects using Schluter Kerdi shower systems and waterproofing products. This feature is the best system on the market for constructing a virtually indestructible shower that will last decades. Using these products slightly increases the overall cost vs. remodelers who do not incorporate waterproofing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we meet to review the project. I will provide a detailed spreadsheet breaking-out all costs for the remodel. A contract follows a mutual agreement by both parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors of Arts in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
