Absolutely a 5-star company!!!I was looking for a new company after something went wrong with my AC and my old company couldn't -or wouldn't- diagnose it. I have a ductless mini split system and it was hard to find people who were good with that kind of system. I reached out to a friend and was recommended 360 Heating and Air!From the outset, I had a great feeling about them. I was able to speak to one of the owners, Peter, directly and set up an appointment. Cody came out and spent a couple of hours at my house to diagnose the issue, and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! He told me he would run some estimates for repair and replacement, and we set up a time for two days later to go over everything. Cody and Peter showed up right on time, and they were both very courteous and genuinely wanted to get me back up and running. I opted for complete replacement, and the team came the very next day to start the install!!Kaleb, Steven, and Cody were all amazing! They were so professional and really wanted to do the job right. They found a lot of improper installation and not-up-to code issues from my first company, undid all of those issues, and had my new install up in 2 days. They took the extra time and went the extra mile to make sure it was right and up to code! I even received a text from Peter the day after the install to check on me! From diagnoses to install was only a week- I couldn't get my old company to even to diagnose in a week!I was very pleased with the timing, friendliness, and knowledgeable and professional service I received. I wanted to give these guys a tip, and figured an amazing review would to be the best way!! I would highly recommend 360 Heating and Air for all your HVAC needs!!!

Cody and Kaleb were prompt, professional, and extremely efficient when they came to service my HVAC system. They showed up five minutes early to my appointment and the cost was substantially more competitive than some of the bigger names in Lexington that Ive used before. Would recommend them for service and their bid for my new system at our second home earned them that job too. A+.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer extremely competive pricing and generally come in much less than Big Box Companies. Warranties are included in pricing, for no additional cost.
We offer Military, Essential Worker, and case-by-case disocunts.
We offer financing for repairs and replacements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new replacement, we spend about an hour going over brands, options, the layout of your sytem, and the our best practices and warranties that we include in a new installation. An estimate is built on the computer, using a program, and emailed immediately over to the customer along with any other relevant details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master HVAC License. Journeyman Technicians. Continued Education for all employees with a desire to continue to learn.
