- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer extremely competive pricing and generally come in much less than Big Box Companies. Warranties are included in pricing, for no additional cost. We offer Military, Essential Worker, and case-by-case disocunts. We offer financing for repairs and replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new replacement, we spend about an hour going over brands, options, the layout of your sytem, and the our best practices and warranties that we include in a new installation. An estimate is built on the computer, using a program, and emailed immediately over to the customer along with any other relevant details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master HVAC License. Journeyman Technicians. Continued Education for all employees with a desire to continue to learn.
