- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?What type of of fuel does the unit burn?The make and model number, of your heating unit.. usually on the back of many stoves, or on the front behind the spark screen on pre-fab/ metal fireplaces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to perform a level 2 inspection for each new client. That way you, and willI have video of the entire flue/stovepipe from top to bottom. From the very first time I sweep it, we will know if there are ANY issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 8 years experience as a Chimney technician. I am a tech guy as well so I make use of a 360° cam to inspect the inside of your flue and dryer vents for anything that may jeopardize the safe use of your fireplace. If there is a problem, I can show you the problem and offer a solution if there is one. also I am licenced with Certified Chimney Professionals.
