Josh is amazing. He enlarged my existing deck, reusing and adding onto the existing frame. He showed up when he said he would, and worked till the sun went down. His professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none. Don't search any further for another contractor. If he isn't available, wait till he is....you won't regret it. My pro called with a rainy day response. He gave me a two day notice and came promptly on said day. His work was done with a repair on the drywall that was surely appreciated. He gave suggestions with concerns on other ceiling fans. He was a pleasure and will be happy to recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate but I prefer to give customers an estimate and then we can agree or negotiate the total cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I text or call the new customer within 24-48hrs with the estimate, unless it's a straight forward job then there's no wait. I then attempt to work around their schedule. I'm big on follow up and confirmation text/calls so the customer isn't wondering.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my General Contractor license, eight years Army, grew up doing carpentry with my Dad and worked electrical while in college. I've also completed OSHA training.
