- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to ensure that every project gets quoted specifically to its own needs and challenges. I can usually do this best after speaking to you more in depth aboit your project. I do require a 50% deposit to confirm appointments and charge a $50 cancellation of services fee. Travel fees may also apply if you are more than 60 miles from my location. All of this will be discussed in the quoting phase of your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I strive to ensure the customer knows they can trust me in their home. I do this through being punctual, professional, and completing my work in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended many courses and seminars related to my work. I have over 15 years of experience in my field as well.
