- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and transparent. Each service has a starting price or a written quote after we see the job. No surprise add-ons. Final price is confirmed in writing before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quote first, show up, do the work, and walk through it with you. We pressure and soft wash houses, roofs, driveways and concrete, clean gutters, mount TVs, and handle general handyman work. No plumbing or electrical.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in exterior cleaning and residential maintenance. Every crew member is trained in safety, customer service, and the proper use of equipment for each job type, including pressure and soft washing, gutter cleaning, TV mounting, and general handyman work. We do not take on plumbing or electrical work.
