- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and transparent. Each service has a clear flat rate or hourly rate depending on the job size. We don’t add hidden fees or surprise charges — ever. We also offer bundle discounts when customers schedule multiple services (like lawn care and gutter cleaning together). Returning customers and full-season plans get preferred pricing automatically.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation or message to understand what needs to be done, when, and where. Once we know the scope, we give you an upfront quote and lock in a time that fits your schedule. On the day of service, our crew shows up on time, gets the work done right, and checks in with you before leaving to make sure everything looks perfect. You can book, reschedule, or pay online through our Arorix system — easy and hassle-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in residential maintenance, property care, and small project management. Every crew member is trained in safety, customer service, and the proper use of equipment for each job type, from pool systems and snow tools to lawn and gutter maintenance. We also stay updated with eco-friendly yard and property care practices.
