FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is pretty simple. For service repairs we charge a trip fee to come diagnose a clients HVAC system that is having issues. Once diagnosed, we inform the client of the issue or issues & provide a flat rate cost to make the repairs. They then elect to have us proceed with the repair(s) or they pay the diagnostic charge & move forward on their own accord. We provide 90 days part & labor coverage on repairs we make. For clients looking to upgrade their HVAC systems with new equipment, we provide free, no obligation estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with them about their project and learn what they hope to accomplish. After that we will go meet them, provide them proof of our licensing & insurance, & look at what is required in order to provide what they want. We then continue discussions with them to ensure all details are covered & they are getting what they want. We will then provide them with quotation on what they want done, draw up a formal proposal for the project & send it to them for their review & acceptance, set a date for when the job is to start, & when it is to be completed. Sign a contract between us and them. Perform the work, & provide a detailed invoice outline what was installed, its cost, the warranties it receives, & how it was paid for. This is mainly for installations. For service repairs, it's speak to them, answer any questions that they may have. Go meet them & diagnose their systems issues. Provide the client the cost for the repair(s). Fix the problem or problems the HVAC system has. Finalize our visit with a detailed invoice showing exactly what was found and what was done to correct it, what the cost for the repairs was & how it was paid for, as well as any warranty coverages that come with the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years in the HVAC field, hold a state of Kentucky Master HVAC Contractors license, Kentucky Journeyman HVAC mechanics license, EPA section 608 certification to handle refrigerant, & take around 20 hours per year of continuing education classes to both renew my licenses & to keep up on advances in my industry.
