I appreciate the low service call cost. The technician arrived when he said he would and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He lined out what the cost would be to get the part and for the labor. And was back in a couple of days once the part arrived.

Arrived on time, even a bit earlier!!! Cam was my technician and he knows APPLIANCES!! Had the necessary part on the truck, because he knew the brand of appliance he was repairing and I gave them a description of the issue beforehand. How is that for being proactive? And very, very reasonably priced. AND - last - it is a family owned business, which means alot to me.
